That's exactly what our consultations are for.
At Alien Aesthetics, consultations aren't about finding something to inject. They're about understanding your concerns, looking at your facial anatomy, skin condition and treatment history, and working out which options actually make sense for you.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what they want. Others have noticed changes in their face or skin but aren't sure what's causing them or which treatment could help. We'll talk through your goals, explain the options available and give you realistic advice about what can be achieved.
And if we don't think a particular treatment is suitable, we'll tell you. Sometimes that means recommending a different approach, and sometimes it means advising against treatment altogether.
We offer three consultation options depending on how much you'd like to discuss: a 15-minute chat, a 30-minute full consultation and a dedicated tear trough assessment. You can explore each option below to find the most appropriate appointment.
Consultations are available across London, Worcester, Nottingham, Bristol, Southampton and Manchester, subject to practitioner availability.

If you have multiple concerns or are new to treatments, our 30-minute consultation gives us time to assess everything properly and create a full treatment plan unique to you.
During this session, we will:

• Answer all of your questions in detail
This consultation is ideal for those who want a holistic approach rather than focusing on just one treatment. Whether you’re considering a combination of fillers, skin treatments, or anti-aging solutions, this session allows us to map out the best approach to make you feel out of this world!

The under-eye area is delicate and requires careful assessment to determine the right approach. In our Tear Trough Consultation, we’ll examine your concerns and discuss the three treatment options we offer:
1. Dermal Filler - Adds volume to hollow areas, reducing the appearance of deep tear troughs. Best for those with structural volume loss.
2. Skin Boosters - Hydrates and improves skin texture, making the under-eye area look fresher and more radiant. Ideal for fine lines and mild dehydration.
