Cheek and midface filler helps restore the structure and support that naturally softens over time. As volume reduces in this area, the face can appear flatter or more tired, and concerns such as under-eyes or smile lines may become more noticeable.
By rebuilding support through the midface, we can lift and rebalance the overall profile in a way that feels harmonious and proportionate.
Treatment typically starts from 1ml, which can offer a subtle improvement in a targeted area. However, we often recommend beginning with 2ml to ensure balanced, cohesive results across the midface rather than treating one point in isolation.
Every treatment is personalised, so if you’re looking for a small refresh or more defined structure, we tailor the approach to suit your anatomy and goals.

Midface fillers are injectables designed to restore or enhance volume in the middle portion of your face - think cheeks, smile lines and the surrounding areas.
Cheek and midface filler is used to restore structure and support to the centre of the face.
Over time the cheek fat pads gradually reduce and descend, which can cause the face to appear flatter or more tired. As this support reduces, areas lower in the face can change as well, which is why concerns such as smile lines (nasolabial folds), under-eye hollowing and heaviness around the mouth often become more noticeable.
In many cases, the underlying issue is loss of support in the midface, rather than the line itself.
By carefully placing dermal filler in the cheek and midface, we can rebuild that structural support. This can help rebalance the facial profile and often improves concerns like smile lines and midface flattening without needing to inject those areas directly.
Cheek filler can also be used to enhance cheekbone definition and create stronger facial structure. Some clients are looking for gentle restoration of lost volume, while others want more sculpted, defined cheekbones.
Treatment is always designed around your anatomy, tissue capacity and goals, ensuring the result is achievable and structurally supported.

The treatment process is relatively straightforward and we make you as comfortable as possible with numbing creams and lidocaine within the product itself. Here’s what you can expect:
• Consultation: Your Alien practitioner will assess your facial structure, discuss your goals and design a personalised treatment plan.
• The Procedure: The actual injections will be one of the shortest parts of your appointment, we’ll be planning out and mapping your face for a fully personalised procedure. Most fillers contain a numbing agent, but a topical anaesthetic is also be applied for added comfort.
• Downtime: You might experience swelling or tenderness for a few days, but you can typically return to your daily activities.
Results are visible almost immediately but will optimise after 4 weeks and can last anywhere from 18-24 months, depending on the filler used.

The amount of filler required depends on your anatomy, existing volume and the level of structure you would like to achieve.
Cheek filler is typically placed across multiple structural points within the midface rather than in a single location. Because of this, treatments often start from 2ml across the midface, allowing us to support both sides of the face evenly.
Some clients achieve their desired result in one appointment, while others choose to build their cheek structure gradually across more than one treatment.
During your consultation we will assess your facial proportions and advise on the most appropriate treatment plan.
